Your data rights, and how to exercise them

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure (the right to be forgotten), restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing, and the right not to be subject to solely-automated decisions with legal effect. To exercise any of these rights, email dpo@tanqory.com with enough information to identify your account and the specific right you want to exercise. We respond within the timelines defined by your applicable law — within one month under GDPR, with one further two-month extension permitted for complex requests, and within the equivalent windows under UK GDPR and Singapore PDPA. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

What is the timeline for a DSAR response?

Data Subject Access Requests are owned by the Data Protection Officer (dpo@tanqory.com). Tanqory responds within the timelines required by your applicable law: one month under GDPR / UK GDPR (with one further two-month extension where the request is complex), and the equivalent windows under Singapore PDPA and other regional laws.

How do I delete my account and data?

Data deletion requests are owned by the Data Protection Officer (dpo@tanqory.com). Email the DPO referencing the account you want to delete. We confirm identity, action the deletion (subject to legal retention requirements such as tax and accounting), and confirm completion within 30 days of verified identity.

Where can I see what subprocessors handle my data?

The Subprocessors page on this Trust Center lists every public, contractually-bound third party that processes customer personal data on Tanqory's behalf, with purpose, location, and international-transfer mechanism. The subprocessor list is owned by the Data Protection Officer together with Procurement; changes are communicated under a 30-day notice owned by the DPO.

How do international transfers work?

Tanqory uses Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK IDTA, the Swiss adequacy addendum, and recognised adequacy decisions as the legal mechanism for cross-border transfers of personal data. The International Data Transfer document on the Legal Center has the canonical detail.
